A unanimous California Supreme Court on Thursday struck down a law that sought to impose limits on the amount of marijuana a medical patient can legally possess.
WASHINGTON (Oct. 19) - Pot-smoking patients or their sanctioned suppliers should not be targeted for federal prosecution in states that allow medical marijuana, prosecutors were told Monday in a new policy memo issued by the Justice Department.
I saw Ken at my mother's funeral on June 10th. I am glad to see him after all these years. I will be there in support of Ken, as he was instrumental in getting me started on my advocacy for medical marijuana. His story is below.
